Interim Executive Services are temporary assignments intended to 'right the ship' in the role that we fill. We spend 4 to 6 months focusing on developing strategies, tactics and processes that carry the organization forward.

PMG performs the responsibilities as interim CEO, interim Marketing or Sales executive or CFO. These functions are filled by individuals with extensive experience in these focused areas.

The engagement is usually fulfilled with a maximum of 3 days work per week. This requires the optimization of efforts and frequently requires the stream lining of meetings and other non-essential activities.

The conclusion of the the interim service typically culminates with the sourcing, hiring, training and handoff to a new full-time executive that best meets the needs of the position.
