Scott
Philips, has 30 years of experience focused
on business and leadership development, marketing and sales. Scott has held executive
level positions in large, medium and small companies. His experience is deep and
broad, having consulted in dozens of different industries. Scott's primary interests
lie in leadership team development, executive coaching, creative problem solving,
strategic transitional planning and business acceleration & optimization.
Sheldon
Philips, has over 30 years experience in
business system development, management and strategy consulting. As an author
of nine books on technology and a number of white papers and articles in major
industry publications, Shel is particularly adept at finding solutions to the
most difficult business challenges. Shel is a master of data analysis and key
metrics reporting and is the co-inventor of Kiometer Reporting.
Jeff
VandenHoek, is the director of the George
Fox University's MBA executive program. He teaches and administers the community
consulting and service-learning portions of the program. Jeff,
formerly program director for the university's Tilikum Center for Retreats and
Outdoor Ministries, has extensive teaching, corporate team-building, and organizational
development consulting experience and works with PMG specifically in the areas
of experiential development.
Dr.
Tami Hoogestraat, Psychologist, has contributed
in many ways to PMG. She provides research expertise as well as her group counselling
skills in working with leaders and leadership teams. Specifically, Tami has been
instrumental in developing, along with Scott, the 3Sixty Leadership Assessment
tool for assessing the executive team make up and their probability of success.
Tami has many years of experience in business and has held many leadership positions.
Amy
Karjala, is the Development Officer for two
not-for-profit organizations. Her expertise is in business process analysis and
software implementation. Her professional success stems from years of critical
thinking, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to understanding customer
needs. She is utilized by PMG primarily in the areas of documentation and report
development.
Jordan
Philips is a Marketing and Graphic Design
specialist recently graduated from George Fox University, where he was Student
Body President. He is a professional graphic designer and has developed numerous
marketing pieces for various companies. In his spare time he shoots photographs
for Istock Photography and recently for Portland Monthly Magazine. Jordan contributes
to Philips Management Group with behind the scenes graphics and artistic support.
Sheri
Philips, has over 20 years experience in
non-profit leadership. She is particularly adept at creating and producing women's
leadership programs and community events. Sheri was the visionary behind 'Selah',
a highly regarded womens event held annually at George Fox University. Sheri has
worked many years helping women in the business, home and community environments.
Her coaching practice focuses on women's leadership development through leadership
and transitional coaching, womens' leadership events and development.
