We will occasionally 'catch the fish' utilizing our highly refined tools, but more often we prefer to 'teach how to fish' through leadership modeling and process development. A key instrument utilized in our Executive Leadership Coaching is the PMG proprietary 3Sixty Leadership Assessement. Another tool we frequently use is our PMG Business Assessment tool consisting of 220 questions which helps provide clarity on where the 'real' business problems exist.
